I have always found the Water Hygiene Centre to be very supportive with respect to the provision and exchange of knowledge, experiences and ideas on how to improve services. I would go as far as to say they are a veritable 'knowledge hub' and would highly recommend them as specialists in the field of water safety management.

The trainer was informative, used relatable examples, checked that everyone understood each section, kept to schedule, prompted dialogue and kept the dialogue in check. Cannot do any better on Teams - would be slightly easier in person, but makes it less accessible, so right to be on Teams

The risk assessors that have been tasked with the job were very knowledgeable and provided very valuable advice. The reports provided are of a very high quality. Would highly recommend the Water Hygiene Centre.
