Spencer Vine came and laid my bedroom carpet. He was accommodating, friendly and helpful. The job was done in good time, cleanly and professionally at a very good price and I would certainly recommend this business. I definitely intend to use them again when I replace my hall and stair carpet.

I highly recommend the Vine Brothers for flooring. We had carpet replaced on our stairs/landing and LVT installed downstairs. The communication was excellent from start to finish, one of the best services I’ve ever received. Spencer was so friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He’s an expert in his field and you can tell that flooring is his passion. We were looked after throughout the whole process and they even did extra touches that we hadn’t asked for (laid carpet in our airing cupboard etc) which was a lovely surprise and shows how they go that extra mile to look after their customers and deliver a high quality service. The consideration shown was exemplary, they thought about the experience for our whole family and even got Baby Annabelle involved so that our children were included and excited by it all. We are over the moon with the finished result and I’m so pleased that we found the Vine Brothers! We’ll definitely be recommending them to all of our friends and family!

The brothers Scott and Spencer are so friendly polite and professional. They do exactly what they say when they say they will do it. They were helpful when we were choosing the flooring. George is also nice and the team move the furniture about for you. We are very pleased with the carpets and LVT we had laid. We believe they are competitively priced. We highly recommend Vine brothers, use them you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend Vine brothers for flooring, I had carpet replaced on stairs and in rooms and also had LVT flooring. Nothing was too much trouble, they helped move furniture around in order to lay the flooring. Communication was excellent with booking in work and arranging. They also provided a lot of sample books for me to fully consider choices.

If anyone out there needs flooring done then the Vine Brothers are the ONLY company to go to. We have just completed a huge renovation and I found it so hard to decide on the type of flooring I wanted as it was such a huge space. They advised me on what would be most durable having a busy family life and were very patient when I wanted to see so many different samples and colours (and changed my mind a few times!!!) as it is our forever home. However, they KNOW their floors and I listened when they told me what would work and what wouldn't and they were right. When I met with Spencer and Scott I knew immediately that I wanted to work with them as their professionalism, attention to detail, and advice on what would work best with the overall look I wanted for the house was invaluable. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to get it all done before we moved in, working until 2 am a couple of nights the week before we moved in, just so it was perfect for us. They, and their team, are also the kindest, most sincere, honest, professional and friendly people I have come across when doing building work. Nothing was too much for them and their communication with me throughout the project, which was complex, was amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough and have sung their praises to friends and family wanting new flooring (and carpets), and those who have engaged with them through my recommendation, feel the same. I get so many compliments when guests come over to our house on the flooring because it really is stunning. Thank you so much Spence, Scott, George and the team. You are simply the best.
