Revive Relax and Recover

Revive is the perfect place to go to rest, recover and relax. I LOVE the infrared sauna! If I'm feeling that I've maybe over trained or perhaps just need some quiet time away from the kids, I try and squeeze a sauna in for 30mins of relaxation! The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure your comfort at all times! Would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was looking for something to step away for some me time. My first float was fantastic, and l can honestly it get better the more you do it. The relaxation, the peace it provides is like hitting the reset button. I can't recommend Revive enough.

I have visited Revive several times since it opened to make use of the sauna. I always found that it helped me with relaxation and recovery. Recently I tried out the float therapy and really had a great experience, the staff are great and helped me through the first experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this and found it super relaxing and revitalising. I have since signed up to a membership and am looking forward to floating multiple times a month!

I love the enclosed float tank - you feel cocooned and weightless. Floating provides me with pain relief, calms my mind and really helps to get a great nights sleep.

Absolute bliss. This is my second time going, first time was just the float this time I tried both the infrared sauna and float.. I wasn't sure what to expect with the sauna as iv struggled to breath in a regular sauna. But I was put at ease the minute I walked through the door each time and found I had no problems with my breathing. Staff are fantastic explain everything and always up for a chat. As someone who suffers pain and tension this is perfect for reducing both my pain and my stress. Can't wait till my next visit.

I’ve used the infrared sauna on numerous occasions in Revive and really have felt the benefits of it. Everyone is super friendly and Claire has created a beautiful sanctuary where you can drift into your own thoughts for a while. I tried the floatation tank before Christmas and I felt very relaxed during it and afterwards. I didn’t know what to expect from the floatation tank but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and again, having that time to myself to relax. Great knowledgeable service and the facilities are top tier when it comes to amenities and cleanliness.

Class experience, infired sauna to start with was excellent with the music in the back ground. I didnt know what to expect in the tank but when i lay back and was floating in the salt water, a few minutes into i just drifted of. Very very relaxing and something that I'll definitely be doing again.

I was excited to try Revive for the first time after I received a gift voucher for Christmas.To begin my float experience, Jane made me feel very comfortable, explaining everything I needed to know, which was so reassuring. After showering, I got into the float tank and made myself comfortable, using the little halo float to support my head. I was amazed at the buoyancy of my body in the water! After getting used to my surroundings, I wondered how I was going to get the full hour in, without getting bored. However it wasn’t long before I drifted off; it was so relaxing, I wasn’t ready for the lights to come on when they did!I also tried the sauna on a separate occasion, where again Deirdre made me feel at ease, showing me how it all works. You have the option of bringing the iPad in with you, to choose whatever music you like, but the relaxing soundtrack was so nice, I didn’t even need to touch it! I’m only sorry I didn’t book the longer session in the Sauna!Overall fabulous experience. Looking forward to booking again and buying more gift vouchers for family and friends!

Excellent facility with superb quality & high standards. The floatation tank is a different level of relaxation & that’s coming from someone who finds it hard to relax, I loved it & can’t wait to get back for a Sauna & Float. The staff are lovely & will go out of the their way to help you. Looking forward to my next trip back for some much needed down time. If you haven’t had a chance yet I defo recommend it’s on your to do list. Jenny
