Just started my laser hair removal journey. Mary Jane is wonderful and really great at communicating each step of the process. Instantly made to feel comfortable in such an awkward situation especially to have this treatment!

I honestly would like to recommend Wolverhampton Skin Clinic to anyone who’s s looking for a professional, clean and highest standard of customer service clinic, staff is super kind and they really go above and beyond to give a patients the highest quality of the offered service. I’m having a package of laser hair removal with amazing Senior Staff Kelsey, she is always so helpful and absolutely brilliant in her role, I started to see a lot improvement in my treatment since I’m following her all advices.I wouldn't want to go anywhere else !

Excellent consultation and facial. I hadn’t booked a consultation but a treatment off the back of a dermatologist appointment. Kelsey did this for me anyway, I had my face scanned and some really good advice with regards to products. Thank-you Kelsey really appreciated x

I was originally booked in at Birmingham but was transferred to Wolverhampton after no doctor was available.Firstly I would like to say this review is no reflection on the front desk. The ladies were so helpful, accommodating & warm. Genuinely they have tried to help me each step of the way with this.My grievance is with the doctor. I drove an hour & paid £150 to reach the diagnosis which is fine. I had an idea on what the diagnosis would be but I was expecting a treatment plan instead I had a prescription I couldn’t get due to supply issues which is no fault of the doctor I know but I requested a diagnosis letter so I could be prescribed an alternative by my local doctor as a new prescription would require another drive to Wolverhampton. I finally received the letter a few days ago after my original visit in April.I would of been more than happy to drive to Wolverhampton and pay another £150 if some sort of treatment plan was put in place.Unfortunately I was informed:“You might just have to accept that this is the way your skin is”“Your skin might never be better”I’m aware of managing expectations & my skin will take a lot of work but is treatable to an extent.I was expecting to have the prescription & after a suggested time period to have a follow up to take the next step or try again. To work with my doctor.The consultation just seemed like I was a lost cause & there was nothing they could do. I’m not one for writing reviews but this experience really impacted me. I came out with no confidence & no self esteem, crying in my car on the hour drive home.

Liz is brilliant. She's friendly and knowledgeable so you can ask her questions. It was done quickly but you know she didn't miss any areas. Liz communicates clearly so you know what is happening where to prepare you. Practice was quiet and parking available. Highly recommended.

I found the staff to be very friendly and kind. Even though I arrived early for my appointment, they managed to accommodate me and perform my treatment ahead of schedule.Throughout the treatment, the staff member kept me informed about each step and continuously checked in with me to see if I needed a break. I felt very well taken care of and appreciated the high level of professionalism.Overall, I would rate the experience 5 out of 5.

Had a hydrafacial today at skins in Wolverhampton and it was amazing , the lady who did it talked me through everything she was doing and made me feel at ease as did all the staff, very welcoming and friendly.My face feels amazing , I felt my face was very dry after coming back of holiday and after having the facial its made my face feel so much smoother and hydrated.I would 100% recommend to try it out , it's defo worth it

Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had booked myself in for lipoma and also a cyst removal with the Plastic Surgeon, Dr Odeke. On the day of my procedure I felt totally at ease with Dr Odeke and the lovely Courtney who was assisting him . Everything went well and my scar is healing well too. I am relieved to have the lipoma removed and would recommend Dr Odeke .

Brilliant service by the Sk:n team, felt really looked after. Before my appointment I was apprehensive and I was thoroughly looked after during and after my procedure by Courtney. Have been back since a would highly recommend.
