This place is my newest favourite in town....the customer service...the quality & the quantity of the food...packaging...the price...everything is impeccable...now coming to the most important element.....the taste of the food....so far they have catered for 3 events I have hosted and ea h & everytime the food was exceptionally good. They serve the most authentic biryaniny and chicken chaap that will certainly remind you of the famous biryani joints of Kolkata....everything is cooked to perfection...even the lirvfish fry...dim er devil...chicken cutlets....ghugni are equally delectable. 3 cheers to the team Zaike...way to go!!!

We had a garden party for about 50 people in July and we planned our catering end to end in the garden and with that in mind we approached Zaike; they were accommodating, friendly and worked with us to fine tune the details with patience and initiative. On the day, they came and set up the chaat station, welcome drinks and worked tirelessly to keep our guests happy with starters that were being made fresh in the garden. Needless to say it went down a treat, we really appreciated their personal touch and attention to detail to ensure it was all smooth. They made several trips to their own kitchen and served everything warm for the main course and stayed on until our last guest had left, wrapped up and left everything tidy.Food was full of flavour, delicious and served with great courtesy and friendliness. We received great reviews from our guests who went home happy.I would like to wish Zaike every success as they go from strength to strength and would highly recommend them. My friend brought me some Kolkata style biryani from this place and it was hands-down the best biryani I’ve had in London. Ample quantity, good quality meat, delicious aaloo, aromatic rice and a nice touch with a boiled egg that’s typical in Kolkata style biryani. Too bad that this place far off from where I live, but I’d definitely want to try again.

Zaike is undoubtedly one of the finest Indian food establishments in London. The team is amazing, providing exceptional service alongside the delectable Bengali cuisine. Zaike has become our preferred caterer for all our future events.While all the dishes are incredibly delicious, the Awadhi Chicken Biryani, Awadhi Mutton Biryani, Chicken & Egg Fried Rice, Kosha Murgi, and Yellow Dal Tadka stand out as truly awesome.With an outstanding team and impeccable service, Zaike has earned our trust as our go-to caterer. We ordered authentic Bengali food and it was really good . The quality of Fish and the cooking was brilliant. Overall very satisfied with the service, done it exactly how we wanted.

Zaike’s is the best Bengali food I’ve had in London from a restaurant. I only wish they’d open a restaurant closer to central London. They’ll give Darjeeling Express and Chourangi serious competition!We ordered a traditional Bengali fare from Zaike’s after having their food at a friend’s party. We live quite far, so it had to be a catering order for them to deliver. We were barely 15 people and I ordered for 20, just to hit the minimum order, and the amount of food we received was overwhelming (in a good way!)Each and every dish was exceptional.. we got compliments from all our guests. The best was probably the kosha mangsho, which I’m still devouring on a Sunday afternoon after thawing a box of leftovers. We probably got 30+ meals out of the 20 portions.Service was excellent- responsive communication throughout. On the day Partha came timely to deliver the food and was very efficient in decanting the food from huge containers in our small flat. We also ordered some stuff that were not on the catering menu, so they do customise orders.

Zaike is definitely one of the best Indian food I had in London. It was my Son's Birthday and I was planning to get something indian food rather than the usual sandwiches & pizzas. I contacted them and their response was fantastic. I Spoke to Partha & he was so friendly that even he suggested me few dishes to include in the menu.On the day I met the team as they were on time to setup the buffet counters, Chef Anshuman was also very friendly as we met him for the first time. The service was 5 out 5, they did it all with a smile. I even requested them for few parcels & they did it with a smile.Now coming to the food - The only thing I can say is my son who is very choosy about the food, himself gave the compliment to Chef Anshuman that the food was very tasty. I was happy to see that every individual in the party was talking about the food being served. The food quality was very good & served hot till the end of the program.Billing & invoicing was also very smooth, I even got some discounts :-) it was hassle free to be honest. I can only say that - What was promised, was what they delivered.Amazing team and fantastic service along with great Bengali food. Zaike is now our go to Caterer for any future events.

When we think about celebrations, Zaike is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my Tandoori, Mutton Biryani, Firni might have been the best meal I have ever been served

Outstanding customer service where the team listens carefully to your needs and expectations and provides delicious cuisine at superb value for money prices. Catering bespoke menus for clients in different counties, nothing seems impossible for this company creating a niche in the eastern food industry. Will order again and again. Tremendous appreciation from my guests.
