It feels great to stay here, the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are all integrated and well-equipped. The staff member Katy is also amazing, very diligent and responsible. In fact, every staff is great～RH Southampton

I have had a fantastic experience at Vita Student Richmond House. The facilities are top-notch, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Chris, in particular, has been a real standout. He is always eager to assist and goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is a great one.

Feel like home. A year here is absolutely amazing. The staff here especially Michael is really active and helpful in every single thing. Perfect place to stay

Bethanie and the rest of the staff at Vita Student have been very supportive and patient during my stay at Richmond House!-Posts and parcel deliveries were well organised during my stay!-Room is being cleaned once in two weeks!-Best value accommodation at Soton if you book in advance!-A good mix of students from Solent, Soton and Winchester School of Arts!

This was a superb to stay in for my final year at solent. I did book this for my second year however this was during the height of the pandemic so never managed to stay here unfortunately, but certainly made the most of it in my final year. my room was 1102 and I would highly recommend it. Absolute incredible views of the cruise ships coming in everyday, the most surreal sunsets. the staff were absolutely amazing. special mentions to Bethanie and Piotr who always made time to talk and hosted incredible events. Would recommend to anyone who loves the socialising of uni but wants to have a place to relax and study on their own in a quite yet friendly place. it really was a home away from home!Pros:- any parcels delivered straight to your room- gym facilties- 10 min walk to solent main campus- friendly staff- incredible views if you're on Level 11 ( Book a Penthouse view !!)- weekly activitiesit is worth paying the extra and makes your uni experience just that little bit extra ☺️

I have nothing but positive things to say about Vita Student Richmond House. The facilities are well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Chris, in particular, has been a real standout. He is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is a great one. He always makes my boring days better. Best accommodation ever! Staffs are very friendly, taking care of everything. The facilities are the best. The location is also convenient, next to the co-op. This place makes me feel at home.

Already reserved our spot for another year!It’s extremely convenient and perfectly situated for both work and uni. The staff have been extremely helpful with regards to any queries and are always always friendly and engaging. And many thanks to the housekeeping team too. Everything about this place is perfect. The staff, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and newly build. The staff is always there to help. Chris is the best, he always tries the best to make everything better and be the best at his job. In return, our experience becomes even better. Generally, everyone is a true professional, but Chris just stands out with his funny and kind ways. Vita Student is the best!

Great accommodation and any problems I had in the flat were resolved very quickly.Bethanie and the rest of the staff are very friendly to everyone. The fortnightly cleaning during your stay and the free breakfast are well worth booking in advance!
