Ironing Parlour

I went to ironing parlour due to the previous reviews being very good and having recently moved to the area, unfortunately on my first time using this company all my new T-shirts and all my boxers shorts came back shrunk, at the time I called regarding this but the owners were always on holiday so I had to wait for there return.When they had returned I had to call them even though I was expecting to be contacted due to the error and general customer service and from the offset it wasn’t the member of staffs fault as they followed the garments guide lines and blamed ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH and HOLLISTER for having the incorrect information on there labels and I would have to take the shrinkage up with them!!I did so with the evidence photos and they responded via email to ironing parlour saying it was clearly there error as the items were new (they could see this by the purchase date and the date of wash) and said they should respond in a professional way. 5 days later ironing parlour responded saying they were incorrect and would not be doing anything to resolve this and now stated the items were not new (original saying it was the label but now it’s they are not new) so I’m down a lot off moneys worth of clothing due to the staff memberSo I recommend not using this unprofessional company while they are on holiday as clearly there staff cannot be trusted on their own!? As they say when the cats away the mice will playAnd for them to blame the quality off a billion dollar international clothing company rather than taking responsibility for there staff is disgusting

Great quick service sensibly priced, but she still won't starch my shirt collars lol.

Really they did a really great job as always I've used them 5 or 6 times for either washing or ironing or both a fantastic job every time and reasonably priced too super service and fabulously friendly staff

Excellent customer service every time I visit, very friendly staff, very reliable and efficient with ironing, repairs and dry cleaning. Recommended to all. Once again thanks Ironing Parlour
