I can highly recommend DB Alarms. They made an initial visit to discuss our requirements for home security and provided clear, straightforward advice with an honest and open approach. After struggling to reset our CCTV password since we moved into a new house (owners did not leave the password), I finally gave up and contacted Mark at DB Alarms who was super helpful. Within 4 HOURS, Mark had provided me with an unlock code from the manufacturer to unlock the system. Can't thank you enough, will definitely be returning in future!

Since neglecting to keep up having a yearly service to my alarm system since before covid... DB Alarms came out promptly to give our alarm system a thorough check over... everything was in order except the battery ... it was older than 5 years and was in need of replacement.A good service as usual.Thanks.

Absolutely amazing service from DB Alarms this morning. They arrived really quickly and had our alarm back up and running within half an hour and explained everything that had gone wrong. They definitely know their craft and seemed able to tell the problem just hearing the noise over the phone. Excellent service and brilliant price, highly recommend!!

DB Alarms are the absolute best ! Upgraded to a new alarm system and they were quick to attend, came when they promised, they were tidy, polite, extremely professional and knowledgeable. A great job was done which I am delighted with. Nothing was too much trouble ! When I asked about the CCTV they install Mark talked me through the options there and then and even demonstrated his own cameras on an app. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone and everyone ! Absolutely first class service!! During a very stressful Sunday night after a power cut we were unable to stop the house alarm from sounding, DB Alarms talked us through everything over the phone to successfully stopping the alarm.
