In the past six months I have used Gino to sell both my parents house and my own. He sold my parents house in three days and my own didn't even make it on to the market! He had a potential buyer who had been looking in the area and showed them my property for which they instantly offered the full asking price.I cannot recommend Gino and his team highly enough. Along with Lisa, he was constantly chasing and checking things to keep the chain moving! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The sale of my own property was an absolute nightmare due to a solar panel issue. Gino was helpful and was constantly reassuring both myself and my buyers.I think the one of the best things about them is they put a realistic price on both houses, something other estate agents fail to do.I cannot thank Gino and Lisa enough for all the hard work they put into selling both properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
