New Hall BMW

Booked my car in to looked at for rough running and a handbrake cable replacing a week in advance. Dropped my car off late on Friday (they wanted it for Monday) then next Thursday they hadn't even looked at it. Was told that apparently replacing a handbrake cable is a pain because it might be seized and rusty. Took my car back and went elsewhere. Didn't give a good first impression

Sean and the guys did a great job on my BMW, which had been messed up by a previous garage. Very professional good guys, would always recommend.

Took my car for it’s first service today at Newhall’s. First of all the place is spotless and has plenty of parking. Really welcoming people, Sean, the owner really accommodating.My car was ready in just over an hour as suggested. Overall a great service at a great price!!

Had an issue with a jammed boot on a BMW M235i. Attended at 9am for a quote. They said they could get the part for 1pm and it would take a few hours. At 2pm I had a call to say it was all sorted. Decent price and good customer service. I’ll be using them again in future.

Had my m4 in for broken sound system. Sean and his team sorted it out for a very reasonable price and as always we’re so professional in there service. I would not take my car anywhere else as you get better service and quality from the team at Newhall

After having had two bad experiences in the BMW dealer network a friend recommended Newhall from online reviews.I needed a service, MOT and a minor repair.Sean and the team were excellent to deal with and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.The workshop is spotless as well which is always a good sign.Will definitely be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending their services which are also very reasonably priced.

Putting this next bit in caps for you to read it and take note please.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GARAGE, IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR AND YOUR SANITY.SHAUN THE OWNER LIES A LOT AND IS NOT GOOD AT ITLong story but please read, before taking your car: (My car is a BMW E39 Touring)Right where do I start.Dropped my car off on Thursday 12th October. I have no other car and sat there stupid, should have said something and waited two weeks and not heard anything so I rang up on the Friday 27th October, the usual whats happening with my car, the employee didn't know anything about my car saying the boss Shaun is on holiday and he would contact him and call me back. No call back on that Friday, so waited till Monday at 15:00 and had to call. Apparently Shaun had sent a txt to his employee to tell me everything, but you know what, the txt did not go through and the employee couldn’t contact me with the info, really.Then a week went by till the 2nd November, then I had to phone again. Shaun said it wasn't a wheel speed sensor after all it was the ABS module, a week to tell me that. So I said that the car has got to be back with me by Monday 06 November because I have work commitments. Right gets better.Monday comes then Tuesday, Wednesday and now we are on Thursday. That fed up we are now 4 weeks to the day I dropped the car off, so I went to them to see what was happening on my car. Shaun was sat in his office, looking very clean and said the car is done just now, but he did not know that I had already looked at my car parked around the corner and saw the windows all steamed up, told me another fib that he had been out in it and just parked it up, really Shaun, I mean common really. All the lies sound like they are coming from a 6 year old. And all this was the ABS Module and a break fluid change (I am getting the fluid checked and tested to make sure as my kids go in the car) and to listen to a couple of sounds rattles and see where they may be coming from. 4 weeks and a holiday during that time.It seems to me that me having a go on the 2nd November about the car needing to be finished on the Monday made him vindictive and I believe that my car was done well before the Thursday as I received no phone call and the car looked as if it was parked there for a while.Anyway, hope you enjoyed you holiday Shaun at my expense.
