Native Manchester

We stayed at Native for two days while we were in Manchester for an event. The stay was nothing short of fantastic. The friendly vibe and the exceptional staff truly made it a standout experience. If you're looking for somewhere right in the thick of things with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend Native Manchester.

Enjoyed our stay and loved the building and its reuse. A little bit of greenery on the landings might soften the edges and more interpretation about the former use of the building would go down well. We learned about it from your maintenance man - but not everyone would be that lucky.

Have stayed here six or seven times now. Always a fantastic experience. I’d describe it as casual luxury. All rooms are spacious, well fitted, well soundproofed with excellent quality mattresses.Hotel staff are very friendly and pay attention/recognise guests. Same can be said for the security which is really important in a destination hotel who hosts events.Dog friendly which is the reason I started staying here.

I have stayed at Native Manchester on a few occasions and what impresses me the most is the wonderful Ducie St Team. They are always friendly, courteous, kind and we feel so welcome everytime we visit. We have stayed in a few of the Apartments and they are well very equipped, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bar and lounge area is gorgeous, plenty of space, delicious food and drinks and great music. We really love Ducie St and cannot wait to go back. Thank you for making our stay so special.

We had a Loft Apartment and a Studio, both superb spaces to stay in. Everything you could wish for in the kitchen, great funky design, quiet and clean. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent too. Really convenient for the city centre and station. Can't think of a better place to stay in Manchester, or anywhere else.

NATIVE DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!We were supposed to be staying there this week and they have just cancelled our booking without any (truthful) reason, simply so they could resell the room at a higher price.Shameless and pure greed. They offered no apology and simply said there was nothing they could do, and that there had been 'a glitch' in the system so they had double booked us (we made our booking over 6 months ago so that is a lie)!Maybe the real reason might be that there is a CHANEL fashion show in Manchester that evening, and that every hotel room in Manchester has now rocketed in price, so not wanting to miss out on a few extra quid they just cancelled our booking without hesitation, and then resold it for a higher price?I wouldn't book to stay at Native if you want to be treated with any respect! They obviously don't care about their customers.I will NEVER stay there ever again! A disgusting way to treat a once loyal customer.

Amazing shared space and the apartment was stunning. We stayed in a 1-bed and it had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I cannot stress that enough. The price and location are really good especially if you’re travelling from Piccadilly, and I would definitely return in the future! They are also pet friendly which is the main reason i stayed here.

Room was absolutely stunning!! Had all the amenities and a touch of luxury, its so nice having a room with a seating area to enjoy a drink and relax in front of the telly both before and after a night out. Not to mention the Nespresso machine! As a coffee lover this was a welcome surprise. The check in staff were very welcoming on arrival, the bartenders made the most amazing margarita and I can say without a doubt I will be staying again!

10/10 - great staff.I stayed here for roughly 10 weeks for work, and I had a brilliant stayThe staff were the lovely and everyone was accomodating to any needs during my stay, but I would like to make a special mention to Joey, Elvira, and Romane who were some of the best staff I have met.The rooms were great, and the accomodation is in a great location in terms of walking to the station, Northern Quarter, Arndale etc.The cleaners were always polite and worked to a high level too.Overall a great stay here and if Im ever staying in Manchester again, Native will be my first choice :)
