Rang the guys to ask for a test drive on a 2002 S320 (w220) at short notice. Very accommodating and had the car waiting for me when i arrived, gave me the keys and let me take her out for s a spin. Still thinking over whether the car is right but cant fault the customer service. many thanks

Bought a car from IG Motors a VW Scirocco. Great car at a good price for age and mileage.Had a few issues with it a few weeks after bought it Turbo not working well & EGR unit also fault.Rang Vic at IG & told him the issues as my son had run a diagnostic on the car & found the faults. Vic got the car into the garage and sorted the issues immediately with no extra cost to myselfJust got the car back on Saturday & it running like a new motor now bags of power great job. My son has checked over the car as he is a mechanic & works for Audi & he can see the parts are brand new that have been fitted & all to a good standard. I have no doubt that if I have any other issues IG will helpThanks Vic for sorting the issues top manWould definitely buy another vehicle for IG in the futureMatt

Terrible company - never ever buy a car from this dealer (never a car dealer in 100 years). They have no customer relations or service for that matter. I have had to pay since my purchase over £2000 - it’s funny how the MOT had no advisories they obviously have a relationship with an MOT dealer to pass every car they sell…. My vehicle required brakes, new handbrake switch, OSF wishbone, exhaust rattle repaired, car seeviced & Mot’d again for safety.Overall now i know why this garage hardly sell any cars or if they do most are buckets of **** then get they people they know to give 5 star review so it polishes over how bad they really are.PLEASE STEER CLEAR FROM THIS DEALER THEY HAVE NO CLUE ONLY IN IT TO MAKE MONEY & RIP PEOPLE OFF!

My experience with this garage has been top notch. Yes it was a pointless exercise using the online email and message function. I phoned direct and have to agree its been a pretty straight forward business arrangement. Delivery was pricey but expected from my location and there was a small delay but I was contacted in advance and informed.The car I bought was an older model so couldn't expect it to be perfect. And only driving it 60 miles engine management light came on. The company sorted it without any hassle. On my small experience on buying second hand cars this is a rare thing that a car garage will rectify it so easily. So for that thanks and its been a pleasure and the car was better than expected.

Where do I start?I reserved a car that I saw online and made plans to head down to Manchester from Scotland to pick it up. Straight away the images of the car were taken down.When we arrived at the shop, I took the car out for a test drive and highlighted that there was a warning light on the dash. When the looked at it, it had gone off. After a quick look around the car we completed the transaction and we’re gone quickly to head back up north. It was then we started to notice things. The car had not been washed at all, inside was covered in mud all over the roof at the boot. There were rust issues round the wheels which were not shown in any pictures. The back seat belt buckle was broken, although still operational, I was not happy to put my 4 year old in the back incase he cut his finger. The back passenger window also did not work properly, local garages would not touch it as it was a major issue. When my wife had a turn in the car she noticed the left side speaker was not working (but myself being deaf in the left side, I did not notice this). When highlighting issues to the seller I was swiftly told that it was not her problem and I was happy to drive the car away. She didn’t care the left speaker wasn’t working because I was deaf anyway!! She told me that she would try and find a mechanic in my area so sort the issues but she didn’t really have to. She felt offended that I found it funny highlighting all the issues with this car. To be honest, I was the one offended. All in all the service from IG motor group was terrible, I swiftly got rid of the car as it was a heap of junk and they only wanted a quick sale. Was only to find out that the registration hadn’t even been completed so log book wouldn’t have been sent out anyway. I have never had a worse experience in all my days lol when selling ended up losing £2k because the car was junk. Aren’t they lucky they got the money from me anyway!Will definitely stick to local sellers from now on.Do not deal with IG Motor Group. You will get burned!

Good service to start with!But once they have your money and you have the car they don’t give a monkeys about you or the car or any problems that arise! Just tell you to fix it yourself.Wouldn’t recommend! Rude, unreliable and as for the cars..we’ll just look at the previous reviews!Can not be trusted! Go somewhere else! Do not buy from this company!!!

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication from IG Motors after purchasing a Ford Focus from them.They state that a full service is provided prior to the car being delivered. I am still waiting on this after purchasing the car over a week ago and nothing is shown in the car log book (was told this would be sent by Friday - writing this review on Monday after no further communication from IG Motors).I constantly had to phone them for updates, if my payment went through successfully, if the car passed its MOT, what time the car was being delivered - zero communication forth coming, I had to chase constantly.Car clearly wasn't checked over prior to be delivered as a body kit for another car was left in the boot!Windscreen washer jets and auto start-stop feature not working properly - not told about either of these before hand and not advertised on the advert.I had to pay a £500 deposit rather than a £250 as shown on their website, not a biggy but website states £250. Generally, just disappointed with IG Motors which is a shame as such minor things all added up to a bad experience.

Excellent customer services, everything went very smoothly and effecently. Very happy with the car, I would highly recommend this company.
