Very useful service. Flexible on times so didn’t have to miss any work. Fairly simple plumbing problem was fixed in 10 minutes at a very reasonable cost. Al Emin was knowledgeable and professional. Would 100% use again.

Very small issue needing plumber expertise. Didn’t want to have to pay a callout charge for something small so Googled for a virtual service and found these guys. Got an appointment 20 mins later and had it sorted within 6 mins. Really pleasant guy who was able to help in the virtual environment

I cannot recommend highly enough. Had a plumbing emergency (shower leaking through light fixture into room below and couldn't turn off water) they arrived within minutes and were calm, professional, knowledgeable and even cleaned up afterwards. Actual heroes.
