HK & Simon have been great to us. I've had them over twice for different issues. Simon responds quickly to messages, is able to estimate how much everything is going to cost, book an appointment within the week (the last appointment was on the same day we messaged him!). We’re so glad we found HK Boiler Repair! Used them a couple of times - first for a boiler service and another time to fix a problem with our immersion heater. Both times Simon was so quick to book us in for the earliest possible appointment and got everything fixed so quickly. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and also patiently answered all our questions about what caused the problem. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

Simon was quick to diagnose the fault in the boiler and was able to order the part and fix the problem. He was very considerate throughout the process, explaining what he was doing which helped build trust. I would use Simon again for future plumbing needs!

Sadly Simon wasn’t able to help in person on this occasion due to the fact his schedule was full, however he still took time out of his day to give me some great advice which I’m sure has saved me a lot of time and money. Very impressed and would definitely make HK my first option next time.

Brilliant service. After an emergency call out on a Sunday evening, the issue was being looked into within an hour. On top of that, Simon was very knowledgable, helpful and kind. He was also happy to answer extra questions and look into another issue in the flat. Very very decent price for the service provided too.Really recommend and will definitely use again in future. I found the service excellent.Came out promptly and did a temporary fix to give us hot water until part available for permanent fix.Issue was found with motorised switch but rather than changing entire switch, I was told that only motorised part needed changing which saved me considerable amount of money.Would definitely recommend and use again.Promo, polite and experienced.
