Very good experience. I dealt with Johnny who was great at going over all the details when buying and after service, sorting me out with vallet and bodykit, top guy. All good lads and good craic with them too. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you're thinking about buying a new car you'll not be disappointed.

I was in urgent need for a car, I arrived into Car Brothers NI on the Saturday. I explained what my needs were to Keith and he straight away had a clear understanding of what my options were. He gave a range of options with a range of positive and negatives and never once did I feel pressured into purchasing the car that day. However, once I got into the driving seat of a recommended BMW by Keith I knew it was perfect. I had purchased by the Saturday and was able to drive away by the Tuesday with everything in hand. I’ll be leaving Car Brothers NI in charge of any future car purchases.

Well guys you done it again ..My partner came down to look at the Merc she loved it and bought it ..meanwhile i fell in love with the Jag and bought that .. 2 cars in one weekend lol ..But what can i say ..outstanding service . Keith could not have been more helpful. Even down to printing off forms . For plate changes etc . And going even further meeting Kathy out of hours to collect her car. Nothing was a problem . Both cars are 100 % and we love them . Highly recommended if you want to change your car .. Got my new car last month - e350. Absolutely beautiful car. Colin was brilliant in sorting everything with the purchase and part exchange of my old car. I discovered the car needed a few bits fixed after purchasing but unlike some other car dealerships, Colin was able to tell me to book in with their partner 1-stop motor shop in Mallusk to have everything sorted out. Never had that sort of service before. Highly recommend as I get the feeling the lads really look after customers. Sean

From start to finish the team at Car Brothers were absolutely phenomenal.The owners are always at hand if needed but it's not essential to deal with them because they've done such an amazing job at hiring a team with strong enough experience to steer the ship.Special mention to James. James is one of the salesmen and was outstanding from start to finish, very easy to deal with and had meticulous attention to detail.The thing that I liked most was the soft approach. There was no hard sale and no dirty tactics.
