I had a fault on my home intruder alarm that a new battery did not resolve. Ray talked me through how to reset the system on the phone and helped me get the alarm working again without the need for an engineer visit. Excellent service with no charge. I would highly recommend this company.

Ray (RayFire) is extremely knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. He came and solved the issues that we had with our Fire Alarm system extremely quickly and gave us some plastic covers for our call points that we had missing and a log book. His prices are very competitive too. Overall a very professional service, very friendly and highly recommend.We will have RayFire doing our Fire Alarm servicing now.
