Thease people ask for your signature do not do it!!! They sent a resignation without my permission, then asked me to sign a 3 k bonus two weeks before Christmas and the job I was applying for never came they did a uniform size shoe size told me to wait for a start date, it never came I rang and rang for them to say they didn't send a resignation to my previous job of seven years. Avoid at all costs

Av nothing to say really apart from i got a job offer about 2 weeks ago. Im meant to start on the 12th. But after no less then 10 emails to them im yet to hear back to confirm my induction. And everytime i try to phone them im put on hold for ages then the line gos dead. I understand were all going through a pandemic right now. But thats no excuse to not be professional still.. im yet to work on behalf of you so al give you 1 star for lack of communication as i dont know where i stand with this Amazon job.. as ive never heard a thing from anyone at PMP...

No answers whatsoever, I've been applying for the jobs a lot of times with PMP and they never give you a call back or email, waist of time!Never seen so careless recruitment agency ever before. ➖ 0stars

a few years ago I worked through pmp in a factory. pmp is characterized by a simple application process, correctness and helpfulness. so I recommend it to everyone who wants to work through an employment agency.

I had applied for a role in my closest Amazon warehouse, I got a phone call and was told I would be getting an induction the next morning at 10am, as well as being told my first shift date, in two days time. The induction was a online webinar, which they sent me the link for that day. The link took me to the wrong webinar, one for 2pm that day. I made many attempts to contact them to ask why that had happened, and eventually I did get through to someone, who said they would check to see if the 2pm one would be ok for me to attend, and ring me back. Needless to say, I never got that call back. I did the induction regardless, along with the health and safety survey. Everyone in the induction was told not to arrive at the warehouse unless we got a text stating our start times. Since I had already been told my start time, I thought I'd better go anyway to be safe, rather than not attend my first day. I went extra early to make sure, and was told my name wasn't in the list, and to wait for the text. I heard nothing back from them for over two weeks, until I got a text, with a link to an exit interview form, as if I quit. I filled it out stating I was never told when I was starting, and said I was happy to be contacted about my response. I never got a response. Then much later I received a text, asking why I didn't attend my Day 0/ Day 1, with a number to call if I was still interested in a job. I rang the number, got a less than helpful employee who seemed to know very little. They also said that they would look into it, and I would get a call back. Again, needless to say, I did not receive a call back. I then was also reminded about the fact I was supposed to be paid for attending the induction, which I obviously never was. PMP is an absolute joke of a recruitment agency, and I hope people and companies realise this soon, so this can't happen again.

Quite possibly the worst recruitment company to have ever been established. They don't reply to emails, they don't reply to phone calls, they don't respond to job applications - I'm actually struggling to highlight just what it is that they do do. This so called 'company' should not be allowed the right to call themselves a company and are a disgrace to say the least!I'm unable to leave a 0-Star review...1-Star is the minimum. If possible, I would of left them a negative star review. Pathetic joke of an organisation!

Terrible agency. I been waiting 2 weeks to start at amazon. I was suppose to start 2 weeks ago had my schedule but when i came to amazon they havent even heard about me so they didn’t even called me about shift canceling next week same thing they called told me i have shift on tuesday but i wasn’t told any of that to amazon employes. When i call them they never answer me and when they call me back its usually about 16:30 nearly when they finish their work and they just only same thing “next tuesday you have shift sorry for delay”

What an absolute joke. Applied for a role. I was offered an interview and was told I would receive a start date if I was successful and had all my documentation with me. Pmp failed to contact me for the interview. After 4 phone calls to pmp (each time they said they would get someone to contact me and didn't). I was then informed my application was withdrawn due to myself not contacting them. I applied for the position again, only to be told that they could now offer me part time work only, but if I was interested in full time work I would need to reapply. No thank you!!!!Amazon - find another recruitment agency !!

Absolutely abysmalThe place to work is perfectly fine, however I requested to move departments at a chance to earn bonus was told by someone in the office at ASOS to resign and reapply Monday (today)Upon doing so I was advised this morning due to leaving I can't return for a minimum period of 3 months.Now if I was advised of this on the Friday, I wouldn't have left would I? Absolutely poorly managed.

Absolute waste of my time, applied online and booked my induction, the agency then rang me to confirm some details asked me what shift I wanted and stated that wasn't a problem.However when I got there it turn out the shift I wanted wasn't available and hasn't been for sometime, so not only did they waster my time and fuel I also lost out on another job because I was at a pointless induction. I then rang the office when I left to ask why this had happened to be fobbed off.Thank you PMP Recruitment
