Fox Models

I bought a great tamiya fire dragon kit from these guys and as promised was delivered the following day!Whilst building the kit there was a small seal that tamiya themselves had forgotten to put into the kit. These things happen I thought and didn’t hold my breath getting a replacement.I messaged the guys at fox models and straight away Pete got back to me and said he would order the elusive seal explaining there may be a short wait. A couple of days later the seal arrives at my house! It might only be a 20p seal but it’s the principle. The service is second to none here.I wish all business’ would take a leaf out of Petes book. That’d proper customer care. Really please and will def return!
