A phone call resulted in an appointment for a home visit within 24 hours. Ash arrived at the agreed time & is a delightful gentleman with a good sense of humour (thank goodness). Within, what seemed to me, a ridiculously short space of time he had sorted out my computer, e-mail, printer, I-pad & phone. I am very pleased to have found the company thanks to the Which? trusted trader label.

I was very impressed with the service I received recently. Our salon is totally reliant on our computer and Ben went out of his way to get the problem fixed and upgrades undertaken with minimum down time. The upgrade in performance is very noticeable and very good value. Highly recommend.

A wonderful computer specialist company. Ash, the manager, is fastidious in all his work. His charges are very reasoable and I would recommend him to anyone, in business or privately, to go to him with any PC, or laptop problem. If he can't fix it, no one can!

I have used Alka for over 8 years never had a problem they are so responsive and care for our business. I would reccomend and yes they do ask questions but that is they want to udnerstand what we do and why we are doing it, and then come up with an effcient, secure, and value for money solution
