I've been to quite a few events by the creative society now and I go because it's a place I feel I can relax and meet like minded souls. Every event is perfectly thought out and executed. So much creativity in each event!Sumayyah is a beautiful host who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and ensures you're having a good time and feeling good. The retreat at The Parsonage in Didsbury was the most recent event I attended and it couldn't have gone better. I didn't want it to end! There was a variety of activities to immerse ourselves in through the day, watercolour painting, journalling, breathing exercises, a lovely walk and forest bathing and off course who can forget the afternoon tea?? It was just so beautifully curated.Thank you for bringing these opportunities to us peeps of Manchester. You've certainly added something amazing to our city. Can't wait for your next event xx

I have had the pleasure of booking the Creative Society for a private session for my friend’s hen do, as well as attending their glass painting session at Chapter One. Loved both events! Summayah went through every detail with me so I knew what to expect for the private session. I love the attention to detail, and the instant relaxed atmosphere and Sumayyah’s enthusiasm at both sessions x

As an event host, Sumayyah delivers the goods every time. My son attended an Islamic art workshop that combined a children’s book lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the event and my son was so proud of the artwork he brought home - we proudly display his painting of the kaba in our living room. Every detail had been thought through and we were so pleased we’d got a space at the event as we know the events are often sold out very quickly.As a teacher, I was so impressed with Sumayyah that I invited her to speak to students at my college to give a motivational talk that would help them with some coursework based on event planning. The students found the guest speaker visit thoroughly insightful and were inspired by the honest and transparent journey that Sumayyah conveyed.Needless to say I would highly recommend both attending an event and inviting Sumayyah to talk as a guest speaker at your organisation.

Popped my Creative Society cherry recently with the Arabic Calligraphy Workshop, and what an experience it was! The funky venue, the vibe of the class, the fun crowd, our exuberant hostess Sumayya and the joy of acrylic painting made for a relaxing and enjoyable night, with the added bonus of a piece of original art to show off! Can't wait to sign up for the next one!

I've attended a number of these Creative Society events and I absolutely love them. Each event is different and there's so much attention to detail. Our hosts are awesome and it's a great way to catch up with old friends as well as to make new friends.I don't know how we've managed to go so many years without such an initiative actually and I hope to see more people attending future events.

Went to the event at chapter one books, had a great time. For the price the tools provided were top notch. The time flew by and felt like i could have stayed another hour. Me and the wife really liked our paintings, so much so that they are now featured on our living room wall!The host Sumayyah and her husband were really warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for an interesting evening out

Brilliant friendly experience from start to finish, wonderful energy and was such a lovely opportunity to unwind and meet likeminded people. Loved the yoga & painting! Will definitely be attending another one of these and recommend ❤️

Host is so very welcoming friendly attentive. This was a great event to go to with friends for a catch up and activity which didn't involve us all sitting on our phones. I also attended an event solo it was great having some me time. I went to arabic geometry, glass painting and an anime event.Step by step instructions were given at the front and repeated Aswell as some one to one support throughout as the host circulated the room.Thanks for taking the leap and setting this event business up.
