My iPhone 7 had been stuck in a 'continuous Apple logo loop' after using a bad cable from MCR Arndale Centre's free-of-charge station and updating it to the latest iOS. Apple wouldn't fix it for less than £250 (replacement cost) because it had pre-existing damage. Network provider warranty couldn't cover it under firmware faults for the same reason as above. The colleagues here helped me considerably and went out of their way to find a solution. They were friendly, honest and polite all the way through. All came at a low cost. Certainly the best within this cluster of shops and perhaps, even MCR as I tried the city centre as well. I'm even confident that if my phone encountered the same issue in the short term they'd lend a helping hand without hesitation. Many thanks. I saved a lot of money! Let's hope Apple can now see me through until my upgrade.
