Record any contact with them they are very self protective arrogant and willing to ignore their own policies and procedures if it gets them off the hook they should be ashamed of the service they provide as public service staff the seem not to want to help

We live DE736WX on a new estate. Pay a premium for council tax but received poor services. Missed bin collections. Roads left with rubbish over them for over a year. Anti social behaviour not addressed. Frankly disappointed with the level of service you would expect on a new estate but feeling forgotten. Houses built next to huge trees that would take the house out in high winds and sewage flooding the garden which showing poor planning and accountability.

Council employees are some of the most arrogant bullies I have ever seen, who know their employer, as a rule of thumb, won't do anything about any matter concerning citizens, so they just bend the rules within their community as they please. Let's take for example this employee called Ruth Edson, who is scouting up and down her street for empty parking spaces on people's driveways, and then renting them out to her friends for some cash under the table. So home owners who have a driveway often find themselves with strangers' cars parked on their property or even blocked in/out, because Ruth Edson abuses her status as a SDDC employee to cash some more pennies. She also thinks it's her right to bully citizens if she doesn't like the appearance of their driveways or front gardens, you'll often see her stopping people on the street and telling them it's time to mow their garden because it doesn't look good". And whoever doesn't comply

I have been living in my council house now since Feb 11 2009 and I'm not in rent arrears or owe money to them but it's so difficult to get certain things done like I'm desperate for a new kitchen and have been asking for about 2 years now and still nothing they send someone out to look and fir me ammm and mummy don't cut it I'm sick of repeating myself but I don't let anything alone I will take it as far as I can I won't stand for them laughing at me thinking I'm am an idiot or joking even trying to move home the site call jigsaw wat a joke that is they don't want to help anyone at all but their quick enough to take your money for rent and council tax

Its strange speaking to these lot, every woman I have spoke to has been extremely helpful so they get 5 stars but the guys I talk to on the phone are an issue, I ask for help and they repsond with questions like why should I help. Bunch of dweebs I bet youd not dare say these things in front of me but then they wouldnt dare give their name. By the way, you can keep asking google to remove these bad reviews but I will return

It's disappointing that the actual needy disabled pensioners and people surviving on benefits will be the last to receive the £150 rebate as they can only apply for it through a form which has again been put back. You don't care about people just looking good to tourists and wasting money on that instead of looking the vulnerable in society.

Although they do respond, the level of professionalism is pathetic & I strongly believe there are people in positions here who have no idea how to do their job.As somebody who is homeless, I shouldn't have to stress the idea of them upping my banding & repeatedly explaining myself in emails.Pathetic!!
