For many years I had a persistent cough that would appear every Autumn & last for 3 months. I started my Acupuncture treatment with Ilze in 2020 and my cough hasn't reappeared since. Ilze was attentive and welcoming, I also found the information she provided regarding my food choices very helpful.

Ilze is an amazing Reiki Healer and Tuina Practitioner. I was suffering from leg pain and insomnia for many years. My daughter recommended that I should go to Ilze, I am glad I did. I very much liked her warm welcoming and her simple explanation of my condition. I could tell she has a great knowledge and skill. After having three sessions with her my pain was gone completely and now my lovely sleep is back. and No more night sweats either. Thank you so much Ilze. I highly recommend!

I had acupuncture at TCM with Ilze Black and she was thorough, professional and it was an all round healing experienceI have a recurring issue with my lower back locking up and within 2 days of her treatment I was back in th game (it normally takes a week or 2).I've had a few treatments with other people with less success so I don't hesitate in recommending a treatment with her.
