Essex Cryo Clinic

I cannot recommend Essex Cryo highly enough. I was nervous the first time I went, but Claire put me at ease immediately and it was a fantastic experience. I particularly enjoy going into the infrared sauna first, then the cryo. After that you feel fantastic!The sensation of being in the chamber is difficult to describe, it is not unpleasant and the time flies by. Claire and Susan are there to reassure you and explain the process. You feel safe and cared for. They are the ultimate professionals; knowledgable and friendly.I can't wait to go again!

I love Essex Cryo Clinic and Claire. The Cryo is such a mood inhancer and I wish I could go everyday. I have lost weight and cellulite since going. Helps with gym aches and pains. Claire is good value and helps pass the time quickly! I can't recommend the clinic highly enough! It's addictive.

I was bought a package of five as a Birthday gift. I must confess I was both anxious ( I don’t do cold)!& dubious of the benifits.( I was suffering badly with. Sciatica).I can only stress it is cold , but also fun ! Claire never stopped talking to me for the whole 3 minutes, even fibbed to me I had 30 seconds left when I still a minute. When the door finally opened after my 3 minutes I felt a rush of euphoria. I’m now a regular, sciatica free customer.I read that many top athletes now use Cryo to speed up injuries, and that Christiano Ronaldo has one in his home., and look at him ! I can’t recommend this enough .

I had heard so many good things about cryotherapy so I couldn’t wait to try it! As a builder I really suffer with my back and the combination of the sauna and cryo chamber help me to keep on working! I also recently tried the Normatec boots after my cryo and I found that experience great too….really helping with the pains in my legs

I'd always wanted to know what cryotherapy was like, I've done ice baths before but had no expectation. It was very clean & compact. I was on time and walked straight in after filling out forms and receiving instructions. It was very comfortable, the cold mist gives the cold experience without any contact. Claire was very clear and helpful and inspired confidence. I would definitely do it again
