Heights Farm are a great family business. Steve, Bradley and the team are genuine people. So glad we found them. Customer service is second to none, They are very polite, courteous and delivery is fast, sometimes the same day and straight to your door.The quality and range of their dog foods is fantastic. Both our dogs love the Salmon and Potato dry food.Great price also. Definitely value for money. Much cheaper than the supermarkets and definitely better quality.Wouldn't go anywhere else. We have two very happy dogs.

The quality of food and treats produced and supplied by Heights Farm is exceptional. Our puppy has a very sensitive stomach and we find he has no issues eating it. We use the local delivery service which is always quick, usually delivered the next day. Customer service is faultless. Highly recommend this company.

Not Enough Stars here to rate this.Absolutely Superb both food and customer service.The food is exceptional all my Bulldogs love it and thriving off it,I have weaned and raised two litters on food from Heights Farm.The service is well beyond expectations very courteous,knowledgeable and helpful a nice personal service I have ordered by phone and it has been at my door within an hour in the past !!! I cannot praise Stephen and his staff enough would highly recommend using all of their high quality products and I and all my dogs would like to thank Steve for all his advice and help and brilliant service. Come on people use this companies products both you and most importantly your pets will not be disappointed you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner .Thank You Heights Farm

Dog food seems good but delivery service is very poor.i ordered Monday morning, it's Friday and not delivered. This is the second time of this happeningI have amended this review as Steven was very kind, made a personal journey to deliver the food and gave me extra/treats. Most impressive, thank you.

We live in London, but if we make an order today, we receive it the next day. Our two greyhounds love the food, and they have lovely shiny coats as a result. We discovered the food at a doggie pub in Sheffield and have never bought supermarket or mainstream brands again.

The service offered by Steve and staff is second to none. A quick phone call and my order is taken, most times delivered same day. Steve is always cheerful, pleasant and courteous. His knowledge of food types and dog problems is first class. Always advising the best food for my dogs. Heights Farm dog food is very high quality hyperalogenic with plenty of choice. Considering the quality of the products, they are excellent value for money. I have been using Heights Farm for around 8 years, not long after Steve started the business, and have no intention of moving back to pet super markets! Highly recommended.

Heights Farm have been providing my Labrador Bonny with their organic natural food for 2 years now. Bonny has lost a stone in weight, is very energetic and looks fab!!! She is 10 years young next month and i would 100% recommend Heights Farms for your dogs food. I would never buy from anywhere else. All natural ingredients, great price and super fast delivery!

Great service from Heights Farm. Reliable and quick delivery. Our Labrador has been eatingit for about 6 years and everyone comments on how fit and healthy she looks and how shiny her coat is. We've also managed to keep her weight down by using it- always tricky with a Lab! Great value for money too compared with other products we tried in the past. Thanks Steve and Bradley!
