Fuzzy ED's Fun House
This afternoon I was asked by my brother if I'd like to take my kids to the softplay Fuzzy Ed's inside the Harvester George Stephenson so they could play with their cousins, I'd never taken them there before but I'd been to the pub for food a couple of times and that was nice so I thought why not, however I was so very disappointed. The table we sat at had a little booth seat which was closest to the softplay area - the cushion was very stained and smelt bad but we couldn't move tables because the place was rammed, there were even a couple of ladies arguing and swearing over a table at one point. I also noticed the exit gate was left wide open with a member of staff just walking straight past it, this was eventually closed by another parent. The main issue I had though and what has made me leave this review was the state of the balls in the ball pit, they were absolutely filthy! That is the first time I'd taken my kids to a softplay and seen the balls in a ball pit look that disgusting.I don't usually leave reviews but I felt like the ball issue really needed addressing.

My grandchildren love going but the toilets are dirty and in need of repair. The whole place needs a face-lift.

Awful soft play. It smells, it's dusty! I don't know how safe it is but it doesn't look the most safest of soft play areas. It's needs a total refurb

Had a great time at fuzzy ed's, a special thanks to Charlotte who showed us all fuzzy had to offer with the fuzzy ed's passports (100% investing in one of those next time we come)!

Fuzzy Ed’s in Walsall is a fantastic, fun and inclusive attraction soft play that hosts a variety of events and entertainment all year round . Fuzzy Ed’s has its own soft play which has slides, ball pool, climbing activities, arcades and a social area for adults. This building is wheelchair friendly and has clean facilities. In the play room there’s a selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks served from a bar . The building is very secure with an electric access gate to enter and leave . The fuzzy Ed’s also offers the room up for private hire for party’s and entertainment. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile to make your experience one to remember. I highly recommend fuzzy Ed’s to anyone who needs that little break and for the kids to burn off that energy.Definitely worth a visit!

place is filthy and disgusting. Dust on top of slides and tables are stickier than velcro, my shoes were sticking to floor . Chairs all ripped felt dirty sitting on them. Past 3 time I have took my kids they have been ill. They went to a party yesterday and they have been up all night. I won't be returning at all I'll be going to the new CLEAN play house above the asda in Walsall, my advise to all parents is that you should all do the same.

Great ballpit it's not massive but it's big enough for a 2-6 year old, any older it's not great, polite and friendly staff here always it's very very cheap!!! And you can order kids food from the pub next door and eat in there what is absolutely fantastic!!! Not many steats so I would advise go early to get a seat, there is a smell in there like damp but kids don't care price is fantastic polite staff who cares about a smell. Must go!!!

Went today with 3 grandkids. Got there under 5s area closed. Got 2 year old. Told can't go in big area with her. I said OK but if I need to get her out i will be going in. She was with a 10 year old. On seeing inside the play area I was disgusted. The balls were black with dirt. Dust everywhere. Tables chairs floors never had a proper clean. Entrance gate was open so kids go run out. I noticed there was a party on but I feared for those kids attending. Won't be back.

Food was very basic but dry.Harvester seems to have got expensive.Fuzzy eds was ok but could do with a bit of a clean.Think the staff member was having a bad day.A small bottle of coke was ridiculous price and its gone expensive.
