Absolutely Brilliant. Rebecca has dealt with our Father in Laws probate on his house and it has gone through very quickly. She kept in contact throughout and was 100% professional and also friendly. We would reccomend her without hesitation.

Having initially instructed Frederic Hall to obtain a Grant of Probate then deal with the admin' of my deceased father's Estate, everything seemed to be moving along nicely, albeit slowly, presumably, because of Covid. That was until I found out that they had been holding over £2k of my money in their Client Account for the last year and another £16k for over 3 months. It was only after this discovery that I was offered monies from the Estate to reimburse me for the numerous bills my husband and I had settled, bills they had been made aware of. Worse, when we raised this issue, It was suggested that I either deal with the Estate myself or instruct a new solicitor. Similarly, my complaint was dismissed. To cap it all, in an attempt to remove my review, I've just been told that they want proof that I was their client. Unbelievable audacity. I (W F Wells) most certainly wouldn't recommend them.PP.As you know, my complaint was summarily dismissed and therefore had to be escalated for external/neutral arbitration - just what I didn’t need when dealing with my father’s death. I have reposted this review because you you have claimed, falsely, that I wasn’t your client. Customers have a right to read what your clients think.

Sue Cannon and the team at the Folkestone branch did an excellent job creating a Codicil for my mother's Will. Kind, clear and efficient. Would recommend.

They dealt with two matters recently. A house sale for us as executors and putting in place a charge relating to a loan to our daughter for a house purchase. Both transactions managed very professionally.
