IMO Car Wash

Do something about the sewage smell. It's too strong

The first car wash was fine, the second wash took the rear wiper of I had to buy a new wiper, third wash took the rear wiper of again, I reported it, and I got the cost of two wipers, about £12.00 pounds.Never going back there.

First time using IMO car wash. There was a cue when I arrived and realised there was only 1 member of staff on duty to program the car wash. Once he had selected which option the customer wanted the process was automated. Prices range from £6.50 for a basic wash right up to £25 for a full valet service although prices can vary depending on your location.

Broke my rear wiper bracket. Used this company first time and will be the last time.

The results are fairly good for a machine, the Ultra HD does give a really shiny finish and the rain beads well for at least two weeks. The app offers a subscription if you clean your car regularly. The trouble is they offer valeting but only have one or two staff member most of the time. On Monday myself and three other cars gave up as there were two cars being valeted and nobody starting the machine. Friday two cars left but I waited ten minutes as I needed to use my subscription wash before I lost it!

First and last time using this car wash. I asked the attendant how it works as I wasn’t sure, he was quite condescending and then told me to wind the window down and grabbed the steering wheel, not a nice experience. Come out with a scuffed alloy and water marks all over the paint work. It barely cleaned the wheels. Waste of time and money. In fact cost me a lot more money as I know have to repair the alloy!

Not great. can wash car better myself. Was left with big soap stain on passenger window.

Picked the £10 Diamond service. Car wash was fine but the staff were a nightmare. They shouted very loudly at us through our closed windows instead of communicating properly before the wash started. The two guys who were there got cross because you need to put your car in neutral with the hand brake off and allow the car to be ‘carried’ along a conveyor belt as it goes through the car wash. We’ve never used a car wash like this before and weren’t sure what we were doing. They shouted very very loudly at us and this scared my six year old who started to cry. Would only go back if everywhere else was shut!
