Couldn't recommend highly enough. A very skillful massage by a knowledgeable and communicative therapist (Jess). Warm, comfortable set up. Suitable for anyone (not just sports related) in need of a physical MOT.

Great sports massage. I was having problems with my lower back and Jess sorted it out. She also gave me some useful tips to avoid future injury especially with me having tight hamstrings and a desk job!

Jess is absolutely amazing! She is very thorough with her work and a really lovely person to be treated by. I felt completely safe and confident in Jess's ability - she really knows her stuff. I left treatment feeling so much better and she gave me some good exercises to try at home to keep the aches and pain away. 100% recommend.

I can't recommend Bristol Sports Massage enough!I have started treatments with Jess a few years ago and I can confidently say that she is the best around! Her professionalism and knowledge always puts my mind at ease as I know I'm in good hands! Not to mention the fact that having regular appointments eliminated aches and pains which is a huge win!
