Victoria COOPER at Medispa/ I did everything to resolve my stomach condition from every diet with their immediate promises to every type of therapist, without success Finally I was introduced to Victoria Cooper, and to be honest I approached it with little faith. However, after a regression therapy session in Medispa with Victoria Cooper everything changed. Working with Victoria, I discovered the root cause of my condition and working with her therapies my symptoms all disappeared. She is the most talented, considered and open minded therapist, not only in her outlook but also her approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her Colonic Hydrotherapy but also her regression therapies too. She is fantastic.

I went in for a general chat about laser and left with detailed knowledge of the treatments, duration and quick tips. I signed up straight away for 6 sessions and went in for a patch test which was pretty straightforward. My first session with Irina was a great! She was very professional & thorough and made me feel at ease. I cannot wait for my next session in 4 weeks! :-)

AVOID EF Medispa!They are super unprofessional and disorganised!I’ve been asking politely 10 times to give me the reimbursement for the UNCOMPLETED PROCEDURES as the treatments that been advised by the doctor made a horrific bad influence on me.Obviously excuses,excuses.Nobody got in touch,just giving empty promises.I warned the medical consultant about my concerns and it turned out these treatments instead of making me looking better,just caused more problems in return..I’m still waiting for the reimbursement,please do it immediately.

Very positive experience with EF medispa’s laser hair removal process. I have really appreciated the clinic’s friendly and helpful efforts in order to make the process easier and more smooth. I have been getting laser hair removal treatment with Irina over the last year and she has been amazing. Irina is thorough with the procedure by doing it properly and making sure I am comfortable with the power of the beam. The clinic looked lovely and all the girls were very welcoming when i went with my mum. The treatment coordinator Charlotte was very friendly, understanding and really wanted to help me get my skin back to how it was. I have seen huge difference in my face and skin, less breakouts and my scarring/pigmentation has reduced a lot.

Can’t recommend this therapist enough! I’ve had laser hair removal and facials with Irina and she is efficient,friendly and has great passion and knowledge on the latest dermatological procedures. My favourite go-to clinic! The girls at EF Medispa St Johns Wood are so friendly and welcoming. Charlotte is such a lovely consultant, really cares about the issue you came in for and discusses the best possible options. The products and machines used are such good quality, and the girls Christina and Nikki expertly use them.

Ive has laser elsewhere before but no where as reliable and efficient at here. Laser isn’t an easy process but my therapist ( Irina) is so great at putting people at ease and defining exactly what is needed. She’s great at assessing what is needed especially if like me you have set ideas and a low pain threadhold! I’ve always felt completely comfortable in her hands and so far the result are amazing! Reception staff are also very sweet!
