CIMT

We want to thank your team from the bottom of our hearts, our child learnt so much within those 3 weeks it was unimaginable! Ruth, Ben and Dana were supper; ur patients, knowledge and care made such a difference and his confidence and belief in himself to carry out activities with his affected hand has continued. Mentally he grew through his treatment and physically he has become more and more able to use his affected hand.Before the treatment we were very unsure and wary of how he would respond but your team made us feel such at ease that we new we were in the best of hands. We appreciate all your efforts and would recommend to anyone that has a child affected by Hemiplegia. Thankyou

Our son undertook a month long CIMT course in May this year. We were lucky enough to have Ruth as our lead therapist. I cannot recommend the course, surroundings and especially Ruth enough. The first week was a little testing while our 11 month old got used to the cast and all the new people and places but he settled quickly due to all the love and attention showered on him from everyone at CIMT. We came to see the 2 hours therapy as the highlight of our day and were very sad to leave. We hope to raise the funds to repeat the process in the next year or so as the results were astounding and we've continued to see progress, using the removable cast, since we've got home. Thank you CIMT for giving our son an amazing kick start!

Our family spent a month with CIMT in September. The team did a fantastic job at making our son feel at ease and his progress since completing the programme is amazing. We were apprehensive about the cast but Ruth, Ben and Fetulah made the process easy and Kaiden soon settled in. Ruth in particular was great at working with Kaiden and being flexible if the session didn’t go to plan! I would definitely recommend CIMT therapy to any parent whose child has hempliga or similar brain injuries. A big thank you from all of us to all of you!
