I have newly arrived in this practice, I have been so impressed with the care and the organisation and amazing availability of the reception team and drs. My partner is moving to the practice too having seen the care I have received

Constantly improving. Now it is possible to set a GP appointment online, and it is helpful.

Been with this surgery for many years. I've always loved the doctors and I've never had an issue with any other staff. Everyone is always very pleasant and I never feel rushed at appointments. They are in a new building which I've always found clean and with good maintenance.

Worst medical 'professional' experience I've ever had. I had an appointment scheduled with the ENT in January.. It's now June. Every appointment I had between January and today had been cancelled a few hours before my appointment time. When you try re-book, there was at least a month until the next available one. I got there, the porter was incredibly rude, and ordering me around like I was a child, and the doctor didn't even introduce himself. Zero regard for confidentiality. When in the waiting room, I could hear everything from the patient before me, as the door of the consultant room was left open. I waited 6 months for this appointment, and I was in and out within 4 minutes. The doctor just wanted me to leave, and the general gist was 'Well, it sounds like you've gotten used to it, so good luck, and don't take up smoking'. No willingness to help, or try to figure out what the cause of my issue was. Zero empathy, Zero care. Genuinely shocking. If you have an ENT appointment at this place, for your own sake, just go private or find somewhere else. It's worth paying money to ACTUALLY get looked after. One star is even too generous. Total embarrassment to the NHS.

The receptionist are rude and uncomfortable and lie about when your medication will be sent out and also if you're dyslexic and can not spell things properly or not have the Internet There is nothing you can do to arrange appointments or get your meds

I have had best service from Doctors. I get an appointment when I need one for something serious quite quickly. Most Reception staff are good at their job. A really good Doctors Surgery. Thorough support.

Ive been signed up to this GP for almost a year now and I have to say it’s the best one so far in 7 years here. Staff (from reception, to nurses and doctors) are very helpful and the attention is quite personalised (like in a private practitioners). Facilities are very modern and place is big. Doctor Shivani specially helped me a lot and was very comforting to talk to. I have recommended this GP to a couple of friends living in the area and I would recommend again. I thank all the staff for the support :)

Good clinic. The GP who gave consultation to me was very professional. He allowed me to told the story of my illness , then started to repeat and asked me in detail for diagnosis and end up with the summary of my symptoms and recommendations.I didn't have prescription today as it is not necessary for my case. The staffs at reception were also fine.Apart from the service, the interior of this place is nice, clean and tidy. There are enough chairs in waiting area.

The receptionists are so unhelpful. One of our international students ran out of insulin and needed an emergency prescription . The Woodlands said to come back Monday, it was Friday so he would have potentially been dead by then. Luckily the doctors around the corner helped us, can not believe how blasé she was about something so life threatening .
