Amazing weekend on the Intro to Rock Climbing course. Simon the instructor, was an articulate and charismatic instructor. It wasn't just about the climbing, but understanding the principles of what you were doing and why you were doing it that way.I went with the two day course and through Simon's tutoring I managed to climb a number of VD routes on Stanage Edge.Recommend provider for anyone wanting to climb at any level.

I recently joined Simon on his Winter Skills course in the Cairngorms. If you're keen to improve your skills and knowledge and want to know to stay safe in the Scottish mountains in winter then this is a must do course, i can't recommend it enough! Simon leaves nothing to chance, teaching you how to interpret the weather and avalanche forecasts and how to plan your journey around it, to essential skills with axes, crampons, navigation and emergency procedures! Simon's passion for the outdoors and commitment is infectious and will leave you begging for more! Thanks Simon, i had the most amazing time with a bunch of great, like minded people!

I'm sat here waiting for my flight reflecting on what has been a pretty formative experience over the last few days.I feel like I'm at the beginning of my winter mountaineering journey and step one couldn't have gone any better. Simon strikes the right balance of professionalism and fun, leaving you coming away feeling like you've gained a mate aswell as important skills/knowledge.Will be booking on again :)

I completed the Bronze Navigation NNAS course this month and wow what a weekend! Could not rate this course more. Learnt so much both in the classroom and out on the trails. AMAZING value for money and feel confident going out planning my own routes. Great mix of theory and practical. Simon is a fantastic teacher and so knowledgeable. Will certainly be signing up for more courses!

What a day! Simon goes above and beyond to deliver an in-depth session, which is great fun.I will definitely be booking on again. He's a brilliant guy, learnt a tone, and had great fun doing it!We did the beginners rock climbing and abseiling.

Fantastic experience and I took a lot more away from it than expected. I did the scrambling course. Simon is very knowledgeable and covered everything from what type of boots you need, what you need in your rucksack to different foot techniques for tackling those big rocks. He had all the necessary equipment to ensure I was safe and gave me tips on how to overcome my nerves. I will definitely use Peak Outdoors in the future.

I recently joined my second Peak-Outdoor course in the Cairngorms NP taking in their Winter Skills course. It was a super course, fun, inspiring and very informative. My aim was to feel more confident in the Hills in the unique Winter conditions, upon finishing the course I certainly feel more confident whilst having lots of fun along the way. Simon is a superb leader, always thinking about the group and making it the best possible day out on the hill. I would highly recommend the course and I look forward to joining Peak-Outdoor on another course in the future.
