I have just used Anstey Energy for EPC certificates and had visited many other EPC specialists regarding this. Anstey were the only company who told me that I actually had EPC's that were valid until 2029! If I had not spoken to them I would never have known. I still have to get one done as I subdivided a unit but that was a massive saving from a clearly HONEST company. What I want to know is why didn't the others point this out to me? What better than to deal with a trustworthy company - Will pass on their details to others especially as I am in a PIN forum.

Mr Anstey responded quickly to a request for an EPC certificate and was able to come and do it within a few days. He did a thorough job under pressure - I had a deadline to meet- and provided the certificate in time. He also gave useful advice on improving my house's energy consumption.
