Shay and his team are excellent, efficient very professional, reliable, trustworthy and excellent response time in emergencies.. We have used their services for all the apartments we manage for short stays in north London and they are now our main contact for repairs, maintenance, lock change, flooring (just recently they did underfloor heating in a bathroom, excellent job!) , tiling, plumbing, electric work, painting.Highly recommended!From the team @City Stay Rentals UK

Kolbo have completed several jobs for us, from repairing stone steps, replacing grouting in our shower to the latest job - supplying and installing large wooden gates to our garden. In all cases, they were great to deal with - professional, polite and, if there were any snags, quickly clearing them up. They are also very good value for money. We highly recommend them.

An enthusiastic, hardworking and friendly team led by Shay did some work to my house. Painting the front of the house, replacing a rotten threshold step and door weather boards as well as changing hinges on a side gate & staining it.Do not be afraid to ask for the finish you want. Shay will ensure the standard of the work is up to your satisfaction. Communications is very good regarding quotes and start dates. All team members are respectful and polite and don't waste time.We will get them back for future jobs.

My building had a leak issue and the staff was incredibly attentive and responsive, even helping me during the weekend to get my issue fixed quickly. I really couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks for everything!
