Once again, I cannot praise Steven highly enough, me and my wife went in today for the best cuts ever, never fails to impress with his skill, I live in Morpeth, it’s a half hour drive, but worth it for that feel good factor.

I've had short hair for over 5 years and had so many experiences of being over charged for a cut very similar to mens, had some awful cuts in barbers and have even queued in barbers alongside men had the same service and been charged more. The cut here is the best I've had, best style and super tidy and at a very fair price. Finally found a good hairdresser! I'd really recommend this place especially for women with short hair looking for a good quality unisex cut at a fair price.

I actually really like my hair cuts from Steven but time keeping is a massive issue. I have been before where he has turned people away and asked them to come back in half an hour because he's behind with his clients. I have also waited 45 minutes before which I have been prepared to do (I always put extra time on my car just in case). Today I was 7 minutes late because of road works, I was bluntly told I had missed my appointment and no flexibility, the next available appointment was 7th May. This is really disappointing and not how to look after regular customers.

I love Steve, he is fantastic with my daughter Matilda when she gets her hair trimmed. I went today for the first time to get my hair styled and coloured…I couldn’t be happier in so impressed. Steve is so professional and welcoming. I will definitely go back.

Good hairdresser! Steven is nice, attentive and professional! I have nothing against him. But the way they treat the customer appointments is horrible. Two out of three appointments were cancelled an hour before without any prior contacting or explanations. To find out the reasons I had to call them by myself. I liked that place but not that much to be tolerable to such service.
