Emergency Steals were required: Phoned the office and they understood my urgency, I needed 2x sheets of 8ft, 4ft steal (12mm thick) to cover a hole for a 25T load. The steals had holes cut and then delivered within 3hours of me placing the order. Top class customer service.

What a great company to deal with.Richard and his team are so helpful.Trying to understand structural engineers drawings are more than often a hassle on there own .Richard takes times to sit down and go through the finest of details with you.I have not got enough praise for this company.Friendly very competitive and above all deliver exactly what you order on the date they give you.

Richard was helpful from the second I spoke to him. We were struggling to meet a deadline so was ringing around fabricators. Spoke with Builder Beams 4U, and Richard was able to move work around, produce 3D drawings within 2 days and deliver within 7 days. On a second job there was a small issue with the beams so Richard picked them up the same day and had them returned, corrected, within 3 hours. Can't recommend highly enough. Great service.
