I cannot recommend Charlie enough. She takes great care to get to know the dogs she looks after and I can honestly say my Labrador absolutely adores her. He waits for her every lunchtime in anticipation of his walk and that says it all for me!

I always feel really reassured when Charlie looks after our kitties. She sends regular video updates and they associate her with the toy drawer when she comes over! She is very conscientious making sure they don't escape, as she is so used to pets. Thank you Charlie for your professionalism.

Our cat was so relaxed - and even when we came back she preferred waiting outside the door for her cat lady friend to her normal routines. Clearly made a friend! And we got texts that reassured us. Will be using again
