Oasis Residence

CAN NOT open the window and also EVERYONE IS BECOMING THE DEAF because of the noise from the construction in EVERY SINGLE MORNING till afternoon.All tenants never have opened the window during the daytime since we moved in here (November 2018) because this building is still under construction. Simply can not understand why they let the flats even before it's built.Most of tenants who i meet in the elevator or gym, they said they are not going to renew their flat and will be out for next semester.YPP? They EVEN raised the rent fee in this horrible situation.Not giving any discount or reward for this inconvenience which has been continuing for about 6 months.And also, did you guys know that most of tenants recorded the HORRIBLE noises which are generated from the construction in the morning?I also have been doing that but now I stopped it because realised that it's not helpful at all and this construction is NEVER ENDING thing.Here is the fun point. Many tenants I met and my friends living here did that kind of recording as well. So we could make a silly funny chat with our common topic we had been doing.That was the only advantage that this building has : Can have a talk with strangers with the COMMON TOPIC! :) etc: NOISESThere are some people who renew their flat for next semester of course, but did u guys know the reason? They JUST don't want to repeat the 'move out and move in situation' again, not because they like this building.Can't believe?Ask them seriously when they are down to the reception.

I am currently a resident in Oasis Residence. I love the flat and the services that have been provided. I would like to thank Jaber and YPP team for being really helpful and making sure that everything is done on point. Jaber has assisted me with my luggage’s upon arrival, showed me my flat and the facilities provided in Oasis Residence. He also followed up by knocking on my door and made sure that I am enjoying my flat. Thank you, Jaber and YPP team for making me feel like oasis is my first home.

I have been living at Oasis Residence since October and it has been great. Great central location with major shops and University within a minute's walk. Very responsive and wonderful concierge, Rianne is always ready to help. Thank you to everyone from the management, maintenance and cleaning team. Wish you all the very best.

YPP is one of the best property offices I have dealt with in Leeds as a student, high quality service and facilitation which is why I will continue to stay with them for next year as well.Also, all the YPP team members whom I dealt with were very cooperative and professional especially Christina at the reception. She is very welcoming and offers a positive attitude every time I asked her for help or even picked up a parcel. She also helped me w/ moving my boxes when I was moving out all the way to the last box. Many thanks to her.
