Mobility Scotland & National Stairlift Centre

Would highly recommend Mobility Scotland.  Having just purchased a bed due to poor mobility for my 92 year old mother. Having previously purchased a stair lift from Mobility Scotland there was nowhere else I would have contacted. The service from all the team and the knowledge Claire provided was excellent.   It took a few visits and phone calls to get everything sorted to ensure the correct bed and colour was ordered. At each stage Claire, Billy and team were understanding and provided all the information needed. The delivery and fitting of the bed were perfect by the team doing this. When they left you would not have known they had been there other than the fact there was a new bed. Fantastic overall service from start to finish. Thank you.

Can't fault the service from Mobility Scotland. My mum has had a stairlift fitted by them, and more recently a riser chair. On both occasions the service has been excellent. The staff are so friendly, helpful and understanding of the needs and challenges of older people with mobility problems and other difficulties. Thank you to Billy, Claire and the delivery guys.

Fab, Fab, Fab Billy & his team were great. no patter, just facts. I cant thank them enough for the service we got when purchasing my rise & recline chair. Very Happy with our experience of this company. Helpful, full discussion of my husbands needs when choosing a mobility chair. From ordering to delivery, so quick, and very helpful demonstration on using the chair. Expensive but worth every penny. Would definitely recommend .

The delivery of the chair was also very good the team explained everything about the chair and were very helpful nothing was a bother. An all round excellent service and experience. We recently had a Stairlift installed in our home and my wife and I strongly and highly recommend Mobility Scotland (especially Kirkintilloch) shop/store. We were treated with dignity, efficiency and warm and sensitive advice and indeed the engineer who actually carried out the actual installation made us feel well informed and he did it light - heartedly which greatly helped to put us at ease. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name, but he has a great knowledge and a wonderful personality. Definitely 5 Star Company.

Billy could not have been more helpful during a very difficult time. He spent time discussing my mum's needs to help identify the right chair for her. He then went above and beyond to get it to my mum's house the day after I first spoke to him. The chair itself has made a huge difference to her comfort and mobility. We're incredibly grateful to Billy and his colleagues for everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the business.

On 1/11/23 I ordered a new adjustable bed from Mobility Scotland, and I dealt with Claire. What an excellent can do attitude she has, nothing is too much bother and her product knowledge is second to none.The bed was delivered on 8/11/23 - no mean feat to place the order one week and have it delivered and assembled exactly one week later. She kept me well informed throughout the whole process. The installation team came out and removed my old bed, no easy task as it was a super king size mattress which was very heavy. They installed the new bed without any bother and they left my house as neat and tidy as it was when they arrivedMy new bed is wonderful, I am delighted with it and I would have no hesitation in recommending Claire and her team to anyone considering any mobility equipment. The attention to detail and the professionalism is second to none. You will not be disappointed in your choice,
