Alpha Windows

We were really happy with Alpha Windows. They did exactly what they said they were going to, with no surprises or complications. The quote was extremely competitive. They took time to discuss options with us and were thorough measuring up and anticipating problems. The fitters were extremely respectful of our home and did a good job clearing up at the end of each day. Furthermore, it was very easy to make contact with the office, despite the lockdown restrictions. Emails were replied to immediately and calls were returned. We will definitely be booking them in again to do the other side of the house.

By far the worst experience ever, i have called alpha windows many times as it seems the cheap quality of the windows are all breaking. This started with the handles on my upstairs window in the hallway, (which rarely ever gets open) not opening anymore, called alpha and they sent someone down, who was very aggressive and firmly stated that we broke the handle and we had to pay, after he went one by one all of the handles started breaking, not sure if they used a cheaper quality or something during the manufacturing process went wrong, the hinges are starting to come off as-well and whenever i call alpha windows they do not return my calls and say that it is not in the contract for them to fix, which it clearly is and i have paid for extra protection. I am appalled by the service as alpha has caused nothing but a headache, (just to clarify, whenever i call they say that manager is on holiday and they can’t do anything) very unprofessional

I had a new window fitted, Joe and Bob behaved in a professional manner at all times and the work was done to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in using Alpha windows again.

Having used Alpha Windows in our School in Gerrards Cross, we found their experience and ability to work around the school schedule very helpful. The manager's and owner have been great with communication and very personable. Installers have resolved issues quickly and the end result has helped with the heat retainment and aesthetics of school. Great experience

We've had all our windows and guttering replaced by Alpha Windows in July 2023. They were the cheapest quote, but still offered high quality products, all the staff have been very helpful and nice to deal with. The installation was quick and efficient, and the guys doing it were very pleasant. Would recommend and use again.

Did have this as a 1 star - but have amended post a call from the manager. Comment still relevant to the office team but I really appreciated his time to find out what happened. Will contact re: using for pvc only‘Dreadful and much like the past review, awful attitude from the lady in the office. Details on quote non existent so thank god I checked otherwise would have got something completely different. Really slow to respond, made a mistake on the quote (by £1.5K) and very much an 'it’s not our fault - tough' way of working despite an in person visit and written proof. We'd heard great things on PVC windows so maybe that's where they're strong but the customer service needs significant work.’

Joe and his team have been fantastic at advising, ordering and fitting my new doors and windows. They liaised with my builder and fitted them exactly as ordered, and they look great.
