I engaged Andrew to carry out an EPC. in a cottage we're renovating and can't fault the service he provided. He was courteous and accommodating; he arrived on time and carried out a thorough assessment; he was clearly knowledgeable taking into account the four different construction methods used in the cottage and the full range of insulation and carbon-reducing measures we've installed. He provided an initial view of the EPC rating at the end of his visit and followed this up with a detailed report within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Phoned up, spoke to Andrew and got an appointment very quickly. He turned up went through the house explaining things and answering any questions i had. Very professional and friendly. Had the EPC report by the end of the day. Would recommend him.

Andrew was great. We were looking for someone local to sort out an EPC as we had specific date requirements and it was tricky to arrange this with one of the online providers. He was very friendly, did a professional job, and was full of useful tips regarding EPCs. He told us the rating there and then, and we had the certificate the following day The cost was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Andrew!

My house received the lowest rating EPC rating and l consulted Andrew about possible investments to lift that in order to improve the sale chances. He called me back promptly and explained many things about the EPC system that I hadn’t known, even backing it up by emailing some screen-prints he researched to explain better the situation. In the end we agreed it wasn’t worth my hiring him and he made no consulting charge at all. I find that so refreshing in a world where lawyers charge for opening an email, let alone sending one.Keith, Baycliff, March 2023

Andrew was FANTASTIC! We called on Wednesday night to book in the EPC which we needed ASAP and they booked us in for Friday morning that same week! Report was completed by the end of the day too. Couldn't fault the service at all. Friendly guy met me at the building needing assessment, measured everything, was very thorough and got the job done super quick.
