I found Karl's number on the nextdoor website where several people had recommended him. Having messaged him about an American fridge freezer he telephoned me back ( on a bank holiday ) and we discussed the issue. I already had an idea of the problem as it appears to be a common fault and we discussed this as he mentioned it in talking. At no stage did he push his services, suggest a call-out fee etc. Quite the opposite in fact as I had already purchased a spare part but it did not solve the issue without further intervention which I managed to do myself along with his very helpful input. I will have no hesitation in recommending him to friends/family in future, others would not have been so helpful and I have read on websites of supposed appliance repair companies writing these off as unrepairable.Top man Karl, thank you. Your business deserves every success.

Great seller, and great product.

Great service when my dishwasher broke down. Karl came out within 24 hours of my call and spent a lot of time and care stripping down the machine before finding the fault and then repairing it. Excellent service - would highly recommend!
