I have been having a regular massage with Shelley now for a few months and wow I can feel the difference… My work and hobbies mean my shoulders and back can really get quite stiff and tense but Shelley has got me ironed out and now it’s part of my self care routine! Shelley is amazing at what she does. I feel totally confident in her knowledge to sort my back neck & shoulder pain. She's not a soft touch like some previous massages I've had - she really gets deep into the muscles which is what they need!

I regularly go to Shelly for a massage I have tried lots of places over the years and when I found Shelly I have stayed with her she is absolutely the best you can get highly professional, and can Tailor the Massage to your needs I highly recommended her without any hesitation x

Shelley is absolutely brilliant! I’ve had several deep tissue massages and for someone who is a) of an age! (54) and b) does a lot of exercise she is a god sendI’ve had several little ailments which she has fixed for me. The latest being a pulled pec muscle, before visiting I couldn’t lift anything with my right arm and a week after I was able to work out with it againDid it hurt? Of course it did! But my god it workedPlus she is absolutely lovely

I can’t recommend Shelley enough! She is amazing and has been doing treatments for us for nearly 10 years now! She is such a lovely, warm person and so experienced at what she does. We always leave Shelley feeling relaxed and stress free after her treatments. Simply the best! X

Absolutely amazing massage. Shelley has been treating me for many years now. Started with a reflexology treatment to potentially bring on labour to having and combination of reflex and a relaxing massage monthly. I won't go anywhere else. She is the best in Cheadle. Been treating me for 7 years now. She listens to what I need and follows it through. Then always checks the next day that I have rested and drank plenty of water.
