Excellent service as ever. Accidentally clicked and went to collect a back box instead of 1 gang/1 way switch, but not problem Jason was very helpful and nothing was an issue. He swapped the back box for the switch I needed for a mere 5p more.

Superb service, fantastic knowledge and very helpful.I had to sadly return a product as it broken, Richard swapped it without batting an eyelid.While in store I spoke with the manager who helped me setup an account with them, all very helpful.I will be returning.

They stock a good range of products or can get next day collection on most things. Staff are helpful and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Had issue with purchasing a bundle offer online as the offer was new but Toolstation hadn’t got it on the system yet. Flew to Spalding Toolstation 5mins before they closed with the hope of sorting this out. Steph and Conner were in and very welcoming. Steph understood the situation quickly and decisively took control and resolved the issue in short order. Steph showed attributes of a strong manager demonstrating her professionalism and to dedication to customer services. I left feeling pleased and thankful for Steph, who ensured my needs were met. I can confidently recommend Spalding Toolstation to everyone from trades to domestic.
