Thought we would try The Milkcake Man as we have seen this all over IG. It looked absolutely amazing and something you just wanted to go and enjoy. The pistachio Spanish was nice. The softserve was very icy and liquidy. It was a shame as it looked very pretty and that could have been because the machines temperature could have been wrong. The Milkcake wasn't't anything that blew me away but the presentation was simple and nice.Everything does look amazing and maybe we would try it again in the future but get the French toast this time.

Really nice mocktails, milk cakes and French toast. Decently priced, place was clean and staff were friendly. They turned the music down for us when we asked. I would recommend The Milkcake Man.

We found this little treasure after a long walk around Kings Heath High Street. We ordered an oreo milkcake, tacos and a blossom tree. The tacos were honestly AMAZING and the fruit used was fresh and tasted so great. My family loved the milkcake which was a little too sweet for me and they absolutely loved the blossom tree too. Definitely coming back we LOVED it here. I would put a sign near the front of the alley way though as we walked past twice missing the shop using Google maps ❤️

I've been wanting to visit this place for so long! And finally did. The main dessert I wanted to try was the taco pancakes which did not disappoint at all! They were absolutely delicious! Kids loved the candyfloss ice cream. Pistachio milkcake was good. Wasn't a big fan of the Rose Latte was pretty but not tasty I have had much better ones before.

My partner and I felt slightly let down by the Milkcake man, after seeing all the amazing pictures on Instagram we didn't expect to find a dirty restaurant with limited staff. The food was average with the exception of the croissants from Levain and Cherry next door which were as good as always. The signature milk cake was nice but far too sweet and had the consistency of soft weetabix.

A nice cafe specialising in freshly made milk cakes. They’re a bit on the pricier side, but they definitely tasted very nice! Parking can be a bit difficult to find here, as the shop is just off the busy high street. It’s nicely decorated with seating available. There aren’t really much savoury options on the menu.

The French toast was lovelyreally well presentedThe ice cream could have been better though, seemed to have a more milky taste rather than vanilla.I will definitely be back and would recommend.

Both had the French toast with Maple syrup. The portions well worth the price. The presentation and the buttery taste of the brioche bread with the fruits and caramalisation of the banana. The soft scoop ice cream cut through the richness. Well worth a visit and where it is located is a hidden gem.Staff were friendly.

Obviously went because of the Insta profile (well done guys on that account). We had taco pancakes, french toast and two filled croissants.Taco pancakes - tasted and looked great. Pancakes were cold (obv precooked in batches) which was a little disappointing but taste can't be argued with.French toast - substandard - mostly just bread with Nutella and fruit on it. I was expecting it soaked in sweet milky egg and covered in sugar but was disappointed.Croissants were surprisingly really good - the French bakery do amazing croissants and the filling was sliced thinly and applied generously. Would really recommend. The mixed drinks were good as wellOverall a slightly mixed bag that took a good 30mins to arrive.Worth going once I think?
