Not all heroes wear capes!I have worked with Genhire on many events over the years and their service has always been fantastic. Power requirements are discussed prior to the event and necessary cabling always located where equipment is required to be sited. The equipment is always excellent quality and well maintained.The service is very friendly, reliable and always helpful.On the morning of Mother's day this year, i found myself in a very difficult situation, no power in my restaurant. We had a huge amount of customers pre booked to treat their mother's to a lovely lunch. I called James and within an hour he had restored the power to our building.Not many businesses would react so quickly on a Sunday morning, the only reason I have given Genhire 5 stars is that its not possible to give more!If you are considering hiring a generator and lighting for any event, don't look at cheaper alternatives, its not worth the hassle. These guys are 100% the best value for money in the North of England .

James was amazing! Always gave us speedy and clear information! Did a very professional job and taught us how to use everything expertly! He really helped get everything set up on the day and it meant we were able to have everything we wanted at our wedding! Super good service! Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic service. In arranging our hire, James was very helpful in ensuring we had the correct specification of generator, working with our caterers and other suppliers to check their requirements. The generator came with a good selection of cables and connectors, which made it very easy to hook up to our caterers' equipment, marquee lighting and PA system. A special shout-out to James, who drove 2 hours on the morning of our wedding to investigate a potential issue. Would definitely hire again and can highly recommend for anyone planning a wedding.
