This company was recommended by a friend. They came out free of charge to inspect a damp patch by an old window. The problem wasn't widow related, but I was impressed by the punctuality, curtesy and helpfulness of their engineer. No work ensued, but all this advice was free of charge and very helpful.Nice people.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mem Windows who fitted an excellent PVC door for me. From start to finish, their level of professionalism was second to none.When I first contacted them, I was impressed with their prompt response and their clear and concise communication. They were able to provide me with detailed information about the different types of doors available and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs.On the day of the installation, the technicians arrived promptly and were courteous and friendly. They took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of my questions. They worked diligently and efficiently to complete the installation in a timely manner.The finished door is top-notch quality, and I've already received numerous compliments on it. I'm impressed with the level of security it provides, and how it keeps the cold air out and warmth in.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mehmet and his team. They were reliable, professional, and competent throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality door installations. Well done and thank you to the team.

Was recommended MEM Windows by our builders and very happy that we decided to go with them for our windows and garden door. Very friendly service with excellent quality windows and door. We've been getting so many compliments about how good the quality is from other random traders!

Had my front door and porch windows from mem and they are easy to communicate with and love love my pink door and the insulation was quick and guys were nice and polite I cannot fault them will recommend and use again.. Thanks guys

I regret that I used this small business to replace windows and door. Mem workers are unprofessional and slapdash. I have windows I can open due to handles being on the wrong way. They damaged my furniture and also the wood flooring. The actual products used are great but I would still not recommend as the fitting will be rubbed and you will have problems later on. Also they offer no customer service when you call for them to put things right. When you explain the damage and errors they have made they tell you your furniture that they broke was not strong enough . They tell you your floor was broken anyway . How ignorant ….were these worker picked up from a field or desert in some kind of nomadic land?

I am sure they are a really good company but dont want to listen to grinding, banging and squealing while i am sat on the terrace at Malmaison, Brighton. No communication with the hotel, its now 6pm and still going

I am amazed with the quality of product that has been used. Gentlemen we’re very polite as they arrived and got the job done very efficiently. Highly would recommend to everyone in need.

Mem windows replaced my old broken into pvcu door with a nice, secure new one. Good advice was given, and met my needs. They received the door in half the time frame and as soon as it was received, I received a call for fitting pretty much straight away. Helped me financially too, in these difficult times.
