Arrived in less than an hour. Telephone staff great and Tom who came to cure my blocked drains was excellent. Made extra sure everything was right again before departing. Kept me informed the whole way through. Should I need drain services again I won't hesitate to call Metro Rod again.

We would 100% recommend Metro Rod and in particular Gary who spent two days with us clearing approx 75k litres of water for us. The weather was appalling but he just got on and did the job without hesitation. Very professional and tidy. Particularly appreciated the office team checking in with us to advise us of the escalating costs before further work was carried out. Top job.

Craig, did a brilliant job on the drains for us. Our tenant had problems and we were not able to sort them out. Craig worked very hard and went over and above to clear all the problems, of which there were many. We will have no hesitation using this firm again.

Engineer, Jake Archer, arrived promptly and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite and clearly very skilled at his job. I was 100% satisfied with the work completed and would definitely use Metro Rod again should the need arise.

Very happy with the service we recieved. The chap arrived promptly on a dark, rainy Sunday evening. Sorted the blockage quickly and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very professional, can't fault him and a good price too .

Rang metro rod at about 11:30 and Tom Emberton their professional and knowledgeable engineer was on site by 15:30. Great service. Tom did as I had asked and talked me through every stage of what he was doing. I couldn't recommend him highly enough

Tom Emberton was extremely efficient, the job was a lot more complex than anticipated but he went about it with no fuss and explained and showed exactly what the problem is to be rectified, he cleaned up when he'd finished and left with a smile. Thank you Tom
