I've bought from Reeves and Reeves for years now and absolutey LOVE their stuff. Not only is it stunning it lasts and maintains its quality. I recently bought the 'every cloud' necklace and i wear it nearly everyday. I also have some rose gold bar earrings and ended up buying the matching necklace, that was years ago now and I still love them!!

I've bought Reeves jewellry previously and knew how good the quality and designs are. I needed to replace an ear ring and decided to buy these along with another design as a gift for a keyworker and a ring for my daughter. Prices are very reasonable, the online support excellant, the products arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. I highly recommend this small company, bespoke products and service.

I have bought various pieces of jewellery from Reeves and Reeves for my girlfriend. It is so easy to by a beautiful gift that I know she will love. We are huge fans of the animal and bird collections, she struggles everyday to decide which necklace to wear each day, between pheasant, dog, wildebeest, hummingbird and bumble bee. I ordered some earrings for my partner as a Christmas present, I paid additional post to get them overnight so I had them in good time for Christmas. They didn't turn up so after two days I emailed R&R and awaited a response explaining that my office was now closed and no deliveries could be accepted as the reception was on Christmas Break. My email was sent last thing on Friday afternoon so in truth I didn't expect an answer until Monday at the earliest, to my surprise I received an email from Caroline at 5:15pm on Friday evening to apologise and explain that the earrings were shipped on time but that they had experienced some issues with post. I didn't respond as I knew there was little that could be done with Royal Mail as I had checked the tracking number and it hadn't shown an update since the parcel had been shipped as Caroline had confirmed.I then received an email on Sunday morning again from Caroline who had taken time to keep an eye on the order, she sent me a screen shot of the Royal Mail tracker and then asked what I would like her to do to try and help resolve the issue. We agreed it was something I would chase up on Monday morning and then make a plan from there.Caroline then sent me an email on Monday morning asking if I would like her to resend the earrings again in the hope they would arrive overnight and in time for Christmas Day, this was offered even though we both knew there was already a pair in the system due to be delivered at some stage. I got to work a little late as I had some work to do at home first only to find the delivery driver had somehow convinced someone to open the door and let them drop post and parcels, to my delight the earrings were waiting for me on the reception desk.I cannot thank Caroline enough for going above and beyond to try and resolve the issue, the gift was very important and it was nice to know that someone was as concerned as I was about making sure it was available to give over on Christmas morning. These kind of experiences are why it is so important to support smaller independent businesses and not just follow the herd to the high street every time.I have a similar issue with Nike, they delivered the incorrect sized football boots for my son some 7 days ago, they shipped the wrong pair but irrespective of this being their mistake they are still messing around with getting the correct pair sent out. My partner spoke to them again this morning as the latest email suggests the new boots will come on the 26th, when she asked them what we are supposed to do on Christmas morning the chap on the phone replied we could print off a picture from the internet and tell him these are the boots he will get when they are delivered! Nice work Nike, I wonder if I sent a photocopy of the money I was using to buy them whether they would ship them for me? I guess not.The two scenarios are similar although Caroline didn't make a mistake, Royal Mail just didn't keep up their end of the contract but the response from Caroline was exactly what I would expect from a business owner who clearly takes pride in what she does and how she deals with customers.The earrings look beautiful and I cannot wait to give them over on Christmas morning.Thank you Caroline.
